Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Operating System = Linux Fedora 24 version 4.7.6-200.fc24.x86_64 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_101
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.101-b13

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * I add NetBeans to the left panel of Gnome, the favorite applications' panel
     In the applications list I right click on NetBeans and I select "add to Favorites"..
  * NetBeans icon is correctly added to the Favorites panel
  * However, when I launch the IDE, a second icon is added to the Favorites panel.

ACTUAL:
  when I launch the IDE, a second icon is added to the Favorites panel

EXPECTED:
  when I launch the IDE, the existing Favorites icon should get focus
