A similar bug was filed with #216824, but there was little context and it was marked fixed.

'set as main project' is probably more useful (or pertinent) for CND than for Java. But at any rate, when a project is set as 'main project', then project specific actions should apply to that, except when using context menus (i.e., right-clicking on a project).

Now 'Build main project' and 'Debug main project' does the right thing. But 'Project Properties', which I have mapped to Alt+P, is tied to the current selection in the 'Projects' pane.
