An unaligned view when searching in the left pane

To repeat:
 - right click on an edited file.
 - select Subversion-->Search history
 - select a revision that has several changes
 - in the "Graphical" view, select the left side view
 - search for a string that is (a) in both revisions, (b) occurs several times and (c) will cause the editor to scroll multiple pages during the search.

Note that the right-side view does not scroll. And if you click on the right-side thumb to realign, both sides with jump back to the right-side context. This makes it impossible to align views in a large file when searching in the left-side pane.

See the attached snapshot of the unaligned views when searching the lef pane. If you search in the right side pane, the two sides remain aligned during the search,.
