In an environment with multiple input languages defined, changing the language when Netbeans is not in focus is not respected within Netbeans after switching back to it. Steps to Reproduce ----------- - set up more than one input languages in Windows. I set English + Greek. - open Netbeans and start writing English in a new file - open Notepad and start writing English too in a new file - while in Notepad, switch the OS language to Greek (via ALT+SHIFT or from the language icon in the tray). - switch back to Netbeans and start typing Greek Actual Results -------- - characters appear in English - language icon has switched back to English Expected Results -------- - characters should appear in Greek - language icon should have continued showing Greek as selected language Additional Information ---------- - if you follow the above steps and continue switching back and forth between Netbeans and Notepad, the language will keep switching until the 3rd focus switch. After that, Netbeans' last choice will remain enforced in the OS too (ie, English).
