Menu bar is completely missing on OS X (High Sierra 10.13.1)

Have tried deleting the Library/Application Support/Netbeans folder, and reinstalling, so suspecting it's something in OS X.

Oddly this only happens on my work computer - my home machine is also running the High Sierra Beta 5 and I am not missing the menus on that.

I think I will try complete uninstall of the application to see if that fixes it unless somebody can tell me something to look at to diagnose why the menu items are completely missing.

Reverting to the released version of High Sierra fixed the problem.
