Description saarileo 2017-11-20 08:14:41 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201705191307)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open a jsp file.
  * Start adding a html element by pressing the <-character.
  * The "Please Wait" pop-up notification opens to the ui.

ACTUAL:
  In this situation the editor often stops responding for a lengthy time, sometimes for about 10 seconds, sometimes around 20 seconds, or sometimes even more.
  Ather the delay the edititor continues responding normally.

EXPECTED:
 There shoud not be a delay. With old version (8.0 if I remeber correctly) there wasn't a delay when started entering new html element.
