Steps to reproduce:
1. Add breakpoint to any file.
2. Open Debugger->Breakpoint node in Runtime tab of 
explorer.
3. Select breakpoint and click on Cut popup menu item.
4. Delete breakpoint.
5. Click on Debugger->Breakpoints node and click on Paste 
popup menu item. (Note: paste menu action is active)

Result: nothing happened. If I click right mouse button on 
Breakpoints node, "Paste" action became inactive.

Reproduced with  S1S 5.0_ea (build 030122_2).

This bug is caused by bug 30932

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
