Workspaces are gone. But topComponent sets are
comming (for more it will be possible to read in
UI spec).

There is a class TopComponentSet introduced (together with its model).
Also config classes are defined (for interaction with persistence).

There are needed to specify methods for manipulation yet (i.e.
retrieving of set, opening, closing etc.).

(The manipulation methods are part of (inner)API definition).
