In context menu is defined label "Restore Window"
but in main menu it is "Unmaximize "{0}"". It
should be the same.

Please, look at the Issue #36333, which summarizes the latest changes
in  the menus. Now, there is only "Restore Window" action in the menu
spec.

Reassigning to Peter who should implement it.

Changing to FIXED because all menu items were defined in issue 36333.
Also added new issue 36559 to track progress of implementation of menu
items.
