[nb winsys](031024), [jdk1.4.2_02]

In current build isn't implemented 'Move Window
Action'.

Do you plan implement it, or UI specification is
out of date ?

I think this action should be once implemented, it depends on
resources when.

Reassigning to developers as the spec describes the Move action. It
should be implemented for FCS(?).

I guess it can't be implemented, since java doesn't support something
like that. If tried, I guess it would require big amount of resources,
with low probability of success.

Assigning back to considere to change the need of that implementation
of the action.
