[nb_dev](200406101800), [jdk1.5.0](b51)

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- open New Project dialog
-> title of the dialog is "New Project"
- push Close button
- open New Project dialog again
-> title of the dialog is "New Web Application" 

this affects automated tests
