Build 200406241800

1) Run IDE
2) Look at menu Run|Run Other on
"JavaApplication2" project
3) Look at same menu on a file with long name (30
characters)
4) ERROR:
previous menu width is used, instead of
appropriate menu width -- the file name overlaps
with the shortcuts

It happens everytime - check:
5) Look at same menu on the project node again
Notice: now the menu is too wide.
