during connection with derby jdk 1.4 and RH Fedora Core 4 the error message is showing up "Unable to connect, cannot establish a connection to jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/sample using otg.apache.derby.jdbc.ClientDriver (java.security.PrivilegedActionException : Error openioning socket to server localhost on port 1527 with message : null)" workaround is working This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
