Please change "build-impl.xsl" to allow fixing of bug #67179 ("Statistics
windows is not updated in debug mode").

I will attach the suggested patch. I do not know XSL syntax properly so please
check the syntax (are XML comments allowed?).

I would try to find out, if it is possible to do it even without
extending of the classpath.
