Forms based on a non-visual form (or java.lang.Object) should not appear with
the design canvas resembling standard visual designer. It does nothing; is just
confusing in this situation.

Also: when a visual container is added to such form, the the context menu action
"Design Top Container" should be disabled.

(Further improvement could be the "non-visual tray", but that's another topic ;)
