to reproduce:

1) open sun-ejb-jar.xml
2) select a CMP bean
ERROR: there is missing vertical (right) scrollbar although the Editor panel
does not fit to my screen (e.g. Field Mappings: table is completely hidden), see
attached screenshot.

In the general sense, this is a duplicate of issue 70291 even though they are
discussing different subpanels.  See also issue 70294.
