Description:
reprodiucible with coco and coke build 9 (most l;ikely with buzz too)

paste and cut works fine for element name, attribute name,type, default value,
visibility of attributes and operations, name of operations but failed to work
with return type, tagged value name and value, parameter type and parameter name

step to reproduce:
1. create java uml project
2. add package with class diagram
3. add class and name
4. add attribute and operation
5. copy some text to clipboard from somewhere
6. try pateing to different area of edit control.

Targeted in drawing area redesign.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.
