Build 060804_5. jdk1.6.0

2 projects - one associated with Java Project and another isn't. 
In the first project, ie. that is associated, switching "show aliases" requires
click on the class diagram for interface symbols to be updated. Interface
symbols on class digram in the second project are updated fine.

Planned for drawing area upgrade after NB 6.0.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.
