reproducible with 061016 with refrection x remote desktop

steps:
1. create diagram
2. add element
3. select the element
4. press CTRL-F10
element disappears from diagram

Is the key mapping mapped properly for Ctrl-F10 ?

I'm using default mapping,
and tried with different host keyboard setting.
This issue will have no sense if correct popup invocation will be implemented.

Shift-F10 has been implemented to open a pop-up menu on a diagram editor  (issue
86452 has been fixed), please verify this issue and let us know if it still exists.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.
