Create a NetBeans plugin that facilitates the development of JSF components
libraries, and encourages the development of "tool-friendly" components and
renderers.

The chief "value proposal" of the plugin is ease of development for Visual Web
Development in NetBeans and Java Studio Creator. JSF is a broad and complex
standard, and it accommodates a wide range of design patterns. This plugin will
focus on those design patterns that work best with NetBeans and Java Studio Creator.
