Description:
1. Open query editor.
2. Press F1 to invoke help window.
3. Press Alt-Tab to switch back to query editor (WinXP).
4. Press Alt-Tab again to switch to help again.
Result: no help window appears. Need one more Alt-tab.

Obsolete milestone, please reevaluate
