Description:
1. Create project.
2. Drag and drop table to SessionBean1 in outline. Rowset and dataprovider appear.
3. Drag and drop another table onto rowset just created (mouse cursor indicates
that Drag and drop is enabled)
Result: nothing happens - no rowset and dataprovider added.

Evaluation:
Can no longer reproduce, fixed ?

Evaluation (Entry 2):
There's a problem here, but it's minor.   Downgrading to P4.

This only happens when the user tries to drop onto a Rowset.  That's not a
meaningful operation.

The system should refuse to allow the drop.  That's what happens in a previous
version of the product.

In Shortfin, the drop appears to be allowed, but there's no effect.
