Description:
RFE: Outline: It would be great, if double-clicking a numberFormat converter 
opened its dialog 

Steps:
1. drag a converter > number converter onto designer and you get the Number 
Format dialog.
2. close the dialog.

To get it back again you right click on it in the outline window and select 
Number Format... from menu.

It would be great if just double-clicking on it would open the dialog.

Evaluation:
It is about providing the preferred action for the converter, probably there 
might be such API needed (from designtime), first passing to insync 
(DesignBeanNode#getPreferredAction), where is the impl, if the api is needed 
pass it to designtime.
