Description:
Build 050518_3 

- Dropping a Database table now adds rowset to SessionBean1
- This is not very visible

* SessionBean1 is not expanded automatically to show this rowset added
* Even if SessionBean is expanded, in some/most cases where users have a bunch
of components in Page, Page is likely to use all of the real-estate in Outline 
and it may not be possible to provide a visual feedback at the same time that
dataprovider is added in Page and rowset is added to SessionBean 
* Past Usability Issue: We can't forget that users couldn't figure out rowsets
are added to canvas when tables were dropped. With current way, it could be even
more difficult to locate the rowset!?

Re-enable Tor's flashing fix on rowsets and may be on dataprovider too??
