This is stage 2 of the Page Flow Editor.  Expected functionality.

1) Syncing with project changes (file name changes, files added, files removed)
2) Palette Now in operation.  Can add a remove a page view palette.
3) View all Faces Config option now implemented.
4) Color differentiation between current faces-config and other faces-config files.
5) Syncing with all other faces config files.
