reproducible with 070320

left,right,top,bottom align shouldn't depen on selection order, see gui builder
and openoffice draw as example, all items should be aligned to
left,right,top,bottom side of selected area (rectangle which cover all selected
elements)
center alignment is absent in gui builder but in openoffice draw center
alignment align to center of selected area, out too align to last selected element.

Targeted in the drawing area redesign.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

align tool is not yet implemented in 6.5 so this issue can't be verified in 6.5 yet.
