Steps to reproduce:
0. Open the IDE.
1. Open the Synchronous BPEL Process sample.
2. Open SynchronousSample.bpel in design mode.
3. Maximize SynchronousSample.bpel window.
4. Click on Assign1 activities. The BPEL Mapper window will be opened automatically.
The BPEL Mapper window overlaps SynchronousSample.bpel window. Sometimes the
content of mapper window is not drawn at all.
