-create J2EE 1.4 EJB module
-create new webservice (JAX-RPC)

=> only ws SEI and config file are created, ws impl class is missing

Pls make sure it fails gracefully. I have changed the release to M9 for this. We
will provide the final fix after M9.

we currently create WS impl class for J2EE ejb module.
