When I right-click on a specific class or function, I should be able to 
get a list of all dependencies; that is all functions, classes, etc which 
refer to this class/function.

I think it would be a good idea to provide this functionality when you 
right-click on the class/package but in the case of a function I think it 
would be a good idea if you provide some sort of wizard or something.

This is issue for Java module. Will be probably solved by MDR.

Although full model would be the best way, it can be hacked around 
with partial (but persistent) metamodel, with some meta-data 
digested from the unmodelled parts of source.
