Real error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/netbeans/modules/xml/schema/model/SchemaModelFactory
	at
org.netbeans.modules.encoder.custom.aip.CustomAIPModuleInstaller.restored(CustomAIPModuleInstaller.java:42)
	at org.netbeans.core.startup.NbInstaller.loadCode(NbInstaller.java:366)

Is CustomAPIModuleInstaller a VWP class?  I can't find it in the NB source base.
