When parsing query the positions in the diagram should be preserved. It is even
changed when the "Run Query" is selected. It looks like the boxes just shift to
right with every parse.

It should try to position the boxes so that I do not need scroll bars. It is
strange when I have one small box that is much smaller then the diagram area but
it is hiddnen from view and I have to scroll to see it. (When I rearrange it it
will move out of sight again, see previous point).
