It would be nice to have some additional project templates for Ruby based projects.  Two that come to mind immediately
are a project to create a Ruby Gem, and a project to create a Rails plugin.  Both have very simple source structures
(similar to but simpler than a Rails application) that should be easy to set up.

Current workaround is to use the "Ruby application with existing sources" template, but it is tedious to set up all the
correct folder linkages.
