Description:
In Bow, there's a refresh button but this action is currently missing from Buzz.
The importance of this action should exist to refresh the uml project tree so
correct data from uml database/project meta data will be used to update the uml
project tree. This is because a lot of times updates from diagram or properties
editor are not always updating the project tree automatically which the updates
should have done. The current action "File->Refresh All Files" from the IDE does
not do this job at all.
