070625. Somehow in the rearrangement of the IDE's key bindings, Toggle Bookmark was lost. This is quite unfortunate as
it means you cannot access this action from the keyboard except through the Navigate menu (where it furthermore has no
mnemonic).

The ctrl-shift-M should be the default shortcut, the problem it, that it is not shown in the menus.
