when you are changing the platform in project properties it would be nice to keep the selected device if it is possible
even when you change platform

usecase:
you have SE platform with W550i device selected in project properties. When you change the platform to SE(debug) then
the device W550i is stil selected -> the selection doesn't change (of course, it has to change if there isn't device of
the same name)
