Reproduced in build 200708011200.

To reproduce the bug:
- create an XSLT service;
- in Projects tree delete the XSL file.
- open source view of the transformmap.xml.
See the deleted XSL file included in the service descriptor.

The root cause of this issue is the lack of refactoring infrastructure in XSLT project. Will be implemented in the 
next release. Changed to issue to Enhacement category.
