I'd like to find a exception reports reported by me and move them to issuezilla or mark as duplicate. However it is
really hard to query the exception reports now :(

I would say, that these days we are facing some problems with reporting exceptions into DB and it makes the possibility
to query DB for exception reported by user more important than we realized at the beginning.

User query usecases (ER == exception report)
1, search for all ER reported by user -> user is query string
2, show the same page when I log in

UI description - what should be displayed in the ER list

+there should be possibility to sort by the columns
+checkbox next to all the rows to be able easily make it a duplicate (see 133902)
