Since this information is not used in non-CPU modes of profiling it would be nice not to require calibration when
monitoring or memory profiling mode is started. Moreover, it would be nice if CPU profiling mode was disabled until
calibration data is collected to avoid crashes of profiled application described in issue 96285.
