If you change shortcuts thru "Tools / Keyboard Shortcuts..." and the shortcut you assign to an action is already assigned to something else you are asked if you wish to use the newly assigned shortcut. I had problems to override "Ctrl-Shift-S" (Default: Save Project, I wanted to assign this to "Save All"). I've got asked if I wish my newly assigned shortcut and answered with "Yes", but if I reenter the dialog the old shortcut is still assigned (and the new one is not working). If I remove the Shortcut for "Save Project" I can assign my new shortcut. If I have changed it successfully and enter the dialog again and reassign Ctrl- Shift-S to "Save Project" it works as expected. This seems to be the same for other shortcuts as well.
Changed to Enhancement, assigned to appropriate engineer.

I tested described behaviour and all looks ok now. Bug was filed before relatively long time (was changed to enhancement, why Jiri?) and was fixed in meantime. I'm changing to defect, closing as worksforme. Please would you speak up if you don't agree. Thanks.
verified - it works fine in [nb_dev](20030728)
