Only the Perspective module has no comment at all.

Module Manager - suggest replacing "...allow to sort..." with allows
sorting.

There are a number of Maven modules that do not indicate the version
of Maven to which they belong.  Are they all Maven 1?

Preinstalled modules -- 
IDE Platform and Platform have no comments.

Web Services Manager - suggest "...module exposes APIs and SPIs ..."

As of build 200710191200 (full) the following is true:

Perspective still has no comment (from contrib.nb.org/perspective).

The following plugins have no comment:

- Common Scription Language Tools (ruby.nb.org)

- Explore from here (contrib.nb.org) 

- Scala Source Files (languages.nb.org)

- Scala Project Support (languages.nb.org) 

- Image Paste Support (contrib.nb.org)

Reassigned to plugin staging. The community manager should push module owners to fill in plugin's descriptions.
