It would be good to mention that even project can be opened using CLI (--open $PATH_TO_PROJECT_FOLDER) since 6.0.
Currently is mentioned only opening of file:

Additional Module(s) Option(s):
  --open file1[:line1]...   Opens specified file(s), possibly at given location
