I think combo box with a list of properties in mercurial properties dialog should past value of a selected property into
Property Value textarea.

Are you asking for the property value for the selected property name be dsiplayed when the dialog is first displayed?
Comment 2 ehucka 2007-11-16 11:55:13 UTC
No, it is hard to understand how I can edit any property value.
I think after I select a property in Property Name combobox its value should be put to the Property Value area. If I
select another property in Property Name combobox another value should replace the previous value in Property Value area.
It is up to user to do not select another property when he/she is editing one.

But maybe a simple table with appropriate cell editor would be better.

This is similar to the Subversion properties dialog.

To edit a property double click on a row in the table.
Comment 4 Padraig Obriain 2007-11-19 10:35:51 UTC
As the behavior is the4 same as for the Subversion Proeprties dialog I am closing.
