Now ValidatingThread (ErrorMessagePanel) plays each 2 seconds (VALIDATION_DELAY). It should take into account the user 
input : if the user changes any data in the text fields/other input fields on the pane, then the thread should run only 
if there were now input for e.g 0.5 seconds.
