Not all children in Menu/Window/ marked with the position attribute: [ExplorerAction.shadow], but some are:
[org-netbeans-modules-project-ui-logical-tab-action.shadow, ....]

Low severity, high priority - potentially masked other problems in javadoc-nbms, which I wanted passing 100% to ensure
that there would not be spurious failures for Hg migration.
