When creating a JBIBridge project there is no WSDL generatd for use in a modern project (e.g. BPEL Process) until a CA
is created and the JBIBridge project is then added to it.  The WSDL is then created in this comp app project.  Perhaps
the WSDL could be generated in the CAPS Classic project folder upon build so the WSDLs can exist and be used before the
comp app project itself is created.
