See the attached screenshot. Breakpoints' annotations are shown in the right pane of the diff window. Note that only the error-stripe and background parts are visible. The icons are correctly hidden. Given that there may be quite a few breakpoints in a single file, this issue seriously clutters the display.

I remember that Vita was tweaking the diff/editor pane highlighting for us, please evaluate.
So, what exactly is the problem here? Do you want the breakpoints not to show in diff panes at all? What about other annotations - eg. bookmarks, hints, etc? I assume that if breakpoints are not shown they should not be show in errorstripe either, right? Thanks
Well, I have two concerns here: 1) breakpoints are irrelevant to the context (diff) so their annotations just clutter the display. 2) I had a lot of breakpoints in the file I was diffing. This resulted in breakpoints' annotations basically hiding the diffs in the error stripe area.
I see. Thanks for the info. We should probably turn off the annotations in the diff panes altogether.
moving opened issues from TM <= 6.1 to TM=Dev
I am just removing INCOMPLETE status - user has provided enough info. I hope :)
This still happens in current dev builds. Ondrej, can you take a look at it?
This issue is more related to Diff than to Editor Hints & Annotations.
