Since the netbeans 6.01 i have experiencing this problem. The moment I install the RESTful webservice plugin, the
webservers(Glassfish, Sun App Server) stop working properly. They cannot be started or stopped from within the IDE and
also dont function properly due to the same reason.

This is more easily seen in 6.1beta.
