iReport plugin version: 1207732880958_iReport-nb-0.9.1.nbm

steps to reproduce:
1) create new report (New / Empty Report)
2) editor tab reads e.g. "<font color="#008000">TestReport.jrxml</font>"

Changing version to Phase 3 and target milestone to TBD.
