Rt click and Dbl click on onEvent and Pick OnMessage is not working.

This is sometimes found on "Receive" activity also

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Create a BPEL Project -> BPEL Process
2) Add an Event Handler to the BPEL Process and add OnEvent
3) CLICK once on onEvent - now Right click on onEvent - NO MENU APPEARS
4) Now double click on onEvent - Property Editor window DOES NOT APPEAR

The same is found in Pick OnMessage. This is sometimes seen in Receive activity also.

tested and verified using gfesb 11/7 and followed steps below and was able to right click on event and select properties
and was able to see the same for pick activity.
