Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080519042647)
Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11

It would be useful sometimes to extract only empty superclass/interface. Now the dialog won't allow refactoring if no
elements are selected.
It is easier to use extract refactoring for it than going to New Class wizard, creating new class and adding
extends/implements clause to original class.
